1. Introduction

Welcome to the VFSTR Deemed to be University Canteen Management System. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Ordering & Payments

• Orders must be placed through the official portal using your verified student/faculty ID.
• Payments are processed securely. We do not store your banking credentials.
• Prices are subject to change based on market rates and university policies.
• Once an order is marked as "Preparing", it cannot be modified.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it.
• No refunds will be provided for food not collected within 45 minutes of the "Ready" status.

4. User Conduct

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Any fraudulent activity, such as using another student's ID, will result in immediate suspension.
• Abusive behavior towards canteen staff or misuse of the platform will be reported to the disciplinary committee.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect basic information (Name, ID, Email) solely for order processing. Your data is not shared with third parties outside the university administration.

6. Liability

The canteen management is not responsible for allergies unless specific dietary requirements are communicated beforehand. Please check ingredients before ordering.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district.
